2007.10.01 New "Small Provider" connection type

Due to an increasing demand in the need for a connection type suited for small and regional operators and service providers, Portabil has decided to introduce a new subscription type which gives the operator or service provider access to the Reference Entity through a manual web interface instead of the M2M interface for automated processes.

The subscription fee for this connection type is the same as for the present connection type.
